Zam Psychiatric Hospital
In the immediate aftermath of the Romanian Revolution in 1989, the social welfare system was in complete meltdown. Still governed by a Ceausescu acolyte, Mike was smuggled in for a very brief visit to the Zam Psychiatric Hospital in Romanian Transylvania to witness the terrible conditions that existed there.
